I was only introduced musically to Keith Moon a few months ago. He died a few years before I was born. And yet, I miss him so friggin much. Didn't even know him, and I miss him. :-\

I remember the night Moonie died hearing about it on Capital radio. I cried, he was fucking beautiful.

Thanks for that. I had not yet seen it.

Awesome clips! That RGLB video is so well done -- almost seems like the young band members are playing that song at times.

Funny MTV glitch: The clip for "You Better, You Bet" identifies the song as "Another Tricky Day"!

Thanks for sharing, Sarah!

Hi Sarah,
in order to record stuff, you need a software program. For simple recordings on the computer using a PC mic I'd go with a free program called Audacity. Hit record and it records whatever your mic is plugged into.

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

Otherwise, get a program that allows you to do multi-tracking. You could go with the free version of Protools, however, be advised, it isn't a particularly easy program initially.

Go to Download.com and type in Protools and you should find Protools free 5.0.1.

Hope that helps.

PS: If you really want to get into it, go get a MBox, it comes bundled with ProTools 7 and a bunch of really cool plug ins. Make sure you have a PC that has a powerful processor, fast drive and plenty of memory though.

Good luck.
