Joe's Pub!

What a night...will never forget it. The only disappointment was that Simon and Mikey weren't there...other than that it was amazing. Foy and Martha were so terrific. I never thought I'd get the chance to see Foy perform live, so it was quite the surprise when Rachel announced that he was there. Rachel sounded beautiful, as expected, and Pete was great! Charlotte and I were right up front near the stage. Joe's Pub is a gorgeous, intimate little club...couldn't have asked for a better place to have seen them play.

So it's pretty safe to say that Rachel's show at B&N tonight was AMAZING. I'm so glad that I finally got to see her perform live! And of course it was such a treat to see Pete go up and play "Just Breathe" with her...I really wasn't expecting him to do that. They are so sweet...both very gracious and down to earth people. Pete was signing and taking pictures for fans as was Rachel of course. I can't believe I got to meet both of them! I was really at a loss of words with Pete...I just told him I really appreciated TBWHM, that it was a very special thing for all of the bloggers, and he agreed. He said he missed blogging and that he would be starting something new at some point. Such a fun night!
